Springing Spring

It's the tail end of Spring Break, and I have surpassed the two year mark since my husband left. I've also surpassed the two month mark since the HL and I "broke up," which has turned out to be a total joke, but I still have no confidence whatsoever that we're going to make it for the long haul. Mr. Right Now is still Mr. Right... for now.

He's been encouraging me to write a book, and all the people to whom I've mentioned this idea are supportive, although I find some of their advice or suggestions rather bizarre and quite revealing as well -- it's fascinating to see how people's perceptions and attitudes really color what they choose to say on a subject. It says much more about them individually as they realize.

I've got a pile of work to finish in the next two months until the school year ends, and then I have June to take one final class, and BOOM, I'll be done with graduate school... something I'd never have undertaken if I'd remained married.
